Finding the Right EHR
We offer qualified providers with unparalleled access to EHR demos, reviews, videos, helpful tools and other resources to help in the selection of an ONC-ATCB certified EHR that best matches their practice.
We offer ONC-ATCB certified EHR vendors with a highly targeted, cost effective way to present their products directly to decision makers at practices that are actively in the market for EHR systems. We also assist in decreasing the implementation time by offloading Meaningful Use education and workflow issues.

Selecting an Electronic Health Record.
Reduce your potential vendor list and ensure meeting meaningful use criteria by considering only vendors with ONC/ACTB certified systems. Choose vendors who market to practices the same size as yours, have already developed software that interfaces with the system you currently use and are well rated in public surveys.
Implementation.
Pay for chart abstraction (or put in the time to do it yourself) so that you will not start with blank charts. Scanning in not as convenient as you might hope. Don’t make the physician champion be the sole decider for a practice or department. This inevitably leads to frustration and resentment - from the Champion for having to decide everything and from other providers/users at having no input.
Set Aside Time for Training.
Schedule time outside of the office hours to get training for you and your staff. Budget for the additional training costs so that you and your staff can get the most from your investment.
Get Mobility/Portability.
Mobility solutions involve using laptops/notebook PC or smart phones which will enable you to access patient records from multiple offices while on rounds at a hospital.
